By accessing and using ImageCrush ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are strictly responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate rights, licenses, and permissions to the images you upload, edit, and process using our tools.

3. Privacy and Data Handling

We take your privacy seriously. The vast majority of our tools process images locally within your browser using HTML5 technologies. For tools requiring server-side processing, files are transferred securely and automatically deleted immediately after the process is complete. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ImageCrush makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ImageCrush or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on ImageCrush's website, even if ImageCrush or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
